Refund Policy

Return Policy:

We want our customers to be happy with their purchases and we realize that ordering online without fitting can be a challenge.

Therefore we offer a 72 hours return policy. As long as your item is sent back to us (postmarked) within 72 hours of your receiving your item, in the exactly same condition it was sent to you.

Steps for returning an item:

1. Please contact us immediately after you have tried on the dress if you wish to return. We cannot accept returns if you contact us 72 hours after you receive the dress (receipt date will be based on tracking information). 

2. You will be given an RMA(Return Material Authorizations) number or reference number for the return, and you will need to ship the dress back as soon as you can.

3. After we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued.

Note: 

1. All returned item must be in original condition.

2. Please contact us prior before sending an item back, any item sent back without a RMA(Return Material Authorizations) number will not be processed.

3. Shipping fees are nonrefundable and it is client’s responsibility to ship the item back.

4. If you received Free Shipping and wish to return the item, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. “Free Shipping is awarded under the condition of purchase”.

5. Standard Size dress have a 15% restocking fee on returns.

6. Custom Size, Plus Size or dress with custom changes have a 35% restocking fee on returns.

7. Special order dresses, custom made dresses including made to measure, crinolines and petticoats are not refundable due to their nature.

Exchange Policy:

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us and then place a new order.

 Order Cancellation Policy:

When you have placed an order, we will process it immediately. So if you want to cancel your order, please contact us first to confirm and communicate. Order cannot be cancelled without authorization.

1. If the item of your order has not been shipped, your order will be cancelled with a penalty and fee that according to the progress of your order.

2. If the item of your order is a ready to ship item and has already been shipped, you’ll need to ship it back after receiving it and it will be processed as a returned item.
